Residential properties regardless of condition but particularly suited to properties that are in a poor state of repair of have been altered considerably.

A shorter standard format of report designed as an economy building survey.   Each element of the structure is summarised with a condition rating. The rating is flagged as a ‘traffic light’ – red orange or green to give a visual and numeric guide as to the condition of each element

A building survey is a detailed report that can be tailored to suit the client’s needs.
