Home Survey

The ISVA Home Survey Report is a level 2 report. It is an economy version of a building survey report and is typically suited to traditional properties built after 1900, in an apparent reasonable sate of repair. This type of report has proved to be a popular choice for people considering purchasing a residential property.

The Home Survey summarises the various internal and external elements of the building. The report can be commissioned with or without a valuation.

The Home Survey assists you making an informed reasoned decision when making a purchase about the property you wish to purchase.

Building Surveys, classified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a Level 3 Report, are the most in depth report that we provide. 

Building Surveys are suited to all types of residential property purchase. These reports can usually be tailored to the clients’ individual requirements. 

These reports cover all external and internal elements of the proposed purchase, their condition and advice on future maintenance. 

Also ideal if you are planning to renovate or convert a property.
